What Payment Option do you have?

We have Paypal as our main Payment Gateway, otherwise you can pay by Partpay.

Can I place my order "On Account"?

With our Wholesale website we require payment upfront when ordering. However if your business is a franchise or has a HQ who pay your accounts, please email all orders to hello@foxxglow.com for all “on account” ordering.

How long does Shipping take?

Your online wholesale order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (on business days), with overnight delivery. However please be aware around Christmas delivery times may vary.

The product I want is out of stock?

From time to time a product may be out of stock, please fill in the “request to be notified” and once they are back, you will be notified of the restock.
